We were nervous traveling to Berlin from Texas with language barriers and very little experience with traveling abroad. We had the great fortune to be directed to Tom and George for assistance and I can say they made our visit to their city both extraordinary and memorable. Tom really was "My Man in Berlin* during a recent visit. We arrived via train and Tom was right there to meet us. We jumped into his car and away we went on a city drive past all the sights! Tom was a great guide, answering our questions - everything from city history, to current construction and local customs. He catered the tour to our wishes, stopping where we wanted and truly giving us a one-of-a-kind experience

I first experienced Tom's service as a guest during my first airbnb stay in Berlin. He was waiting in front of the flat when I arrived and I was impressed by his cheerful and professional demeanor. He was very helpful during my stay and when there was a problem at the flat he was thoro within so minutes to nx it A few years later with a flat of my own, I never considered the services of anyone else. Everyone said the same thing- he's the best. Tom has heiped me in many ways and I feel at peace knowing that my home is woll cared for in my absence.
